The Church of Bass is for you and by you. Together we can bring this gift to the local Burning Man community. This gathering is the closest that you can come to experiencing Burning Man without making the trek to the playa….
Our vision:
Bring the Church of Bass h’Art Center in our 34′ dome to Critical Massive, the local Burning Man community’s annual event. We envision the h’Art Center as a healing, nurturing, expansive, fun space. We would camp together as a theme camp.
Our intention:

• Enhance

• Embody
• Inspire

• Education
• Dance
• Yoga
• Music
In our dome we intend to offer :Art, Education, Dance, Yoga, Music. You are welcome to be part of this, as much as you want to and are inspired to.
In order to have the very best and most fluid experience we will need a few community leaders who want to help make this all possible, a crew to assemble and dis-assemble the dome,(a few hours of fun co-operation). Teachers who have experience, thoughts, education and love to share. We are thinking yoga, ecstatic dance, movement, exploration. Artists who would love to display their art for us to enjoy and philosophize on. D.J’s and musicians who want to throw down some awesome tunes, we are thinking down tempo for most of the nights and one night of breaky, techno, bass filled beats!!!
The church of bass has been in a wonderful space of gestation, and we are ready to share our h’Art with our extended family at Critical Massive.
We intend to camp close together and share in our collective intention, and space. You will need to purchase your own event ticket to the event and be prepared to be self sustaining outside of the dome space.

Our Possible schedule:
Tuesday
Assemble Dome
Wednesday – Saturday
9:30-11 Yoga
12-1pm Yoga -or- Movement
2-5pm Education
5:30-7:30pm Dance -or- Movement
8pm-2 > am Music
Sunday
12 -1:30pm Yoga
2pm -> Dis-assemble Dome
**** We are meeting on Sunday, May 16 in Hendrik & Jordan’s home to formulate our plan. Please be present at this meeting if you’d like to participate. If you are unable to attend but would like to camp with us, please email Jordan or Hendrik.
We had a great meeting! if you’re going to Critical Massive this year, consider joining the Church of Bass h’Art Center camp. We are going to be a great little village!
Sounds fun! I will only be able to be out there for Friday and Saturday nights, but I’d love to join the village while I’m there.
